Brewed in Izumo, aiming for Fuji. We brew all of our sake by “wooden steamer, handmade koji, and wooden tank pressing” as a local sake that connects people, food, and goodness, valuing the handmade skills of craftsmen who have sharpened their sensibilities to the utmost limit.
