Nihonkai shuzo
Established in 1888. We strive to brew a variety of sake, trying to produce a new brand while maintaining the recipes of traditional brands that have been well liked by our local customers. The support and understanding from the sake-lovers motivate us. The ocean is the mental hometown for the Japanese. The principle for our sake brewing is “to brew sake which would bond our hearts together.”
