Okuizumo Syuzo
Okuizumo town, surrounded by mountains with terraced rice fields as far as eyes can reach, is known as a place where rice grows. We brew Okuizumo-brand sake using rice best for sake harvested in this rich soil and Nitamai-brand sake using Nitamai Koshihikari, a local high-quality rice, both of which are brewed with all junmai. Newly established in 2004.
